The Marine Club is focused on creating collaborative opportunities for members and member companies to make meaningful contributions to organizations connected to the marine industry. The Marine Club commits to annual funding for more than a dozen initiatives that improve the marine sector.
THE MARINE CLUB
The Gibraltar Point Light is a historic landmark, and one of the oldest buildings in Metro Toronto. It stands on the south-west tip of Toronto Island. Construction authorized in 1808, it was still being used for its original purpose in 1959, when its use as a lighthouse was discontinued. Since then it has been restored and is maintained by the parks Department of Metro and is open to visitors in season.
